I facilitate sessions to help organizations set compelling strategic direction grounded in their values and strengths and activated through meaningful action. My facilitation design allows for:

  • Deep engagement of staff from all parts of the organization. More engagement results in more commitment.

  • New or deeper working relationships among staff.

  • A Strategic Framework that is connected to the organization’s vision, mission, values, and strengths.

Participatory Processes

I design and facilitate workshops and gatherings that bring people with different roles and perspectives into meaningful conversation and joint work. These sessions create space for dialogue, mutual understanding, and shared clarity. This enables diverse stakeholders to work together productively even when they hold conflicting interests or different views.

Whether you're convening a community-wide conversation, bringing together partners across sectors, or helping a team navigate competing priorities, I work to create the conditions where people can listen deeply, think together, and find ways forward. Progress doesn't require everyone to agree on everything. It requires creating enough trust and understanding that people can act together across their differences.

My goal for every workshop is to provide meaningful and actionable content in a format that meets attendees’ needs. 

Every workshop is designed so attendees can bring themselves and their real challenges into the space. This experiential approach helps them retain the information and makes the workshop a co-creative vehicle for discovery and growth. 

At their core, my workshops are about people working more cohesively, inclusively, and effectively together. We explore topics relevant to anyone who works with others.
